Pick Client from Islambad 4:00 am , Traveling To Swat via Moterway, Reach Swat Till 8:30 Am Breakfast 9:00 am 11:00 am Travel towards Malam jabba Visit Malam jbaba valley on the way sightseeing , Reach Ski Resort visit ski resort chairlift and spend day there and traveling to kalam Overnight stay in kalam.

Kalam to Mohaden lake

Cancellation & Refund Policy 🚨
To ensure a smooth travel experience and proper arrangements, please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy before booking.
1. Cancellation 7 Days Before the Trip
A 50% deduction will be applied to the total booking amount if cancellation is requested 7 days before the departure date.
2. Cancellation 3 Days Before the Trip
A 75% deduction will be applied to the total booking amount if cancellation is requested 3 days before the departure date.
3. Cancellation Within 3 Days of Departure
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the departure date (100% deduction).
4. Advance Payment Policy
All advance payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
5. Cancellation During the Trip
No refund will be provided if a participant decides to leave the trip at any stage, regardless of the reason.
6. Important Notice
By confirming your booking and making an advance payment, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.

Package conditions

1. Must keep a sanitizer with you and use it often remember keep
it within easy to reach.
* Wear a cloth face covering or face mask.
* If you are ill or feeling sick like temperature, cough, sneezing don't
join the tour, stay home and stay safe and let other to be safe.
* Bring enough of your medicine to last you for the entire trip.
2. The members shall not indulge in any unethical activity
(misbehavior with locals or other group members, use of abusive
language, use of drugs etc) and may be terminated from tour
without warning and will not be refunded any amount.
3. No illegal or prohibited items will be allowed during the trip.
Weapons are not allowed.
4. On mountainous roads, AC of the vehicle will be on and o to
keep the vehicle away from over-heating.
5. 4-5 sharing means 2-3 beds and other mattresses so you have to
sleep on bed and some day on mattress with compromise
with your Roommates
6. Trip Plan can be altered due to weather or political or any other
reason deemed appropriate by us in the best interest of participants
decided by organizers and we will not be held responsible for that.
7. We reserve the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any
reasons deemed appropriate by us and participants will receive full
refund of the advance amount only.
8. If Itenary may be disturbed due to vehicle fault , Or some natural
disaster company will not be responsible for it you guys have to cope-rate
with us , we will provide you possible outcomes as much as we can in that
case if points misssed company will not be responsible.
9. In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the trip,
organizers/Company will not be held responsible in any case.
10. Cancellation Policy:
If you guys send the advance it will be non refundable at any case.
11. Our trips are environment friendly and family no damage to the environment
will be tolerated

13. Our trips are not insured though we exercise the utmost care & safety
of all members. We will not be responsible in case of any incident(s) of
unforeseen natural calamities like rock/mud sliding, avalanches, slipping/
tripping, crevasse falls or any other accidents.
14. No conict or violence, whether verbal or via action, is allowed during
the trips. Respect dierent cultures, religions, code of practice, beliefs,
and political & geographical aliations. Non-compliance will be dealt
strictly
15. We are not responsible if any point is miss due to land slide, political
reasons,Weather conditions or Vehicle fault and no refund in any case .
If clients demand one extra day they will pay Rs 5k pp to increase 1day
16.If Fuel price Increase during the tour or Before Tour, we have the right to Charge

one will sit according to their choice , If someone want to sit
according to his/her choice he or she will pay for it,Shuing

go to back too and who will at back will go to front respectivly

Frequently asked questions

What is the best time to visit Swat, Kalam and Malam Jabba?

Swat is open to visitors all year. Winter, roughly December to February, is the best time for snow and skiing at Malam Jabba. Summer and autumn are better for green valleys and river views. Snowfall depends on the weather, so it cannot be guaranteed on a specific date.

Is this tour safe for families and couples?

Yes. We run group tours with a professional guide and an experienced driver. Families and couples are welcome, and couple packages include a private room. Children under 4 travel free and ages 4 to 9 pay half.

Where does the tour start and end?

Our group departs from Lahore every Monday and Thursday at 10:00 pm. The vehicle reaches Islamabad early the next morning, where we pick up guests and continue to Swat. On the last day we leave Kalam in the morning and return to Islamabad and Lahore. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm pickup points for your city.

What is included in the tour package?

Transport, 2 nights of hotel stay in Kalam, a professional guide, 3 breakfasts, 2 dinners, and toll and fuel costs. Entry tickets, jeep charges and personal expenses are not included, so please check the Not included list before booking.
