Before you book
These terms apply to bookings with Zee Venture Tours. By paying an advance or joining a tour, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. A tour itinerary or quotation may include additional trip-specific conditions.
Booking, seating and trip extensions
- A booking is confirmed after we receive the required advance and issue confirmation.
- Seats are assigned according to confirmed bookings. Travellers cannot select their own seats unless a preferred-seat arrangement is available and the applicable additional amount is paid.
- Seats may be rotated during group tours. Travellers seated at the front may be moved to the back, and travellers seated at the back may be moved to the front. Your cooperation helps us maintain a fair and family-friendly environment.
- If travellers request an extra tour day or booking extension, an additional charge of PKR 5,000 per person, per extra day will apply.
Cancellation and refunds
The following deduction applies when a traveller cancels a confirmed seat:

No amount will be refunded if a traveller voluntarily leaves the tour at any stage or is removed because of misconduct.
If Zee Venture Tours cancels a trip before departure for operational, safety or other reasons considered necessary by the company, participants will receive a full refund of the advance amount paid for that trip.
Itinerary changes and missed locations
- The itinerary, route, hotel, transport or sightseeing order may be changed because of weather, landslides, political conditions, road closures, vehicle faults, natural disasters, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Travellers must cooperate with the tour team when unexpected changes occur. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the best possible alternative based on the available conditions.
- Zee Venture Tours is not responsible for a location, activity or sightseeing point missed because of these circumstances, and no refund will be provided for the missed portion.
- A traveller requesting an additional day because of a changed or missed itinerary must pay the applicable extra-day charge stated in the booking section.
Health, safety and prohibited items
- Keep personal sanitiser within easy reach and use it when necessary. Wear a face mask or cloth face covering when required.
- If you have a fever, cough, sneezing, or otherwise feel unwell, do not join the tour. Stay home, remain safe and inform our team.
- Bring enough prescribed or essential medicine for the entire trip and tell the tour team about any condition that may require assistance.
- Illegal or prohibited items, weapons and drugs are strictly forbidden during the tour.
- On mountainous roads, the vehicle’s air conditioning may be switched on and off when necessary to help prevent the vehicle from overheating.
Conduct, respect and the environment
- Misbehaviour with local people, other travellers or staff; abusive language; harassment; unethical activity; verbal or physical violence; and disruptive behaviour are not allowed.
- Travellers must respect local cultures, religions, beliefs, customs, codes of practice, and political or geographical affiliations.
- Zee Venture Tours may immediately remove a traveller whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, illegal or seriously disruptive. The removed traveller will not receive a refund and will be responsible for any resulting transport or personal costs.
- Our tours are intended to be family-friendly and environmentally responsible. Damage to wildlife, natural sites, public property or the local environment will not be tolerated.
Room sharing and child policy
Four-to-five-person sharing may include two or three beds with additional mattresses. Travellers may need to alternate between a bed and a mattress and are expected to cooperate respectfully with their roommates.
Child charges
- Under 4 years: Free of charge when travelling on a parent’s lap or using a folding seat, if available.
- 4 to 7 years: Half charge with a folding seat.
- 8 years and above: Full charge.
Travel risk, insurance and belongings
- Our trips are not insured. Although we exercise reasonable care for the safety of all travellers, mountain and adventure travel involves unavoidable risks.
- Zee Venture Tours is not responsible for incidents caused by unforeseen natural hazards or accidents, including rock or mudslides, avalanches, slipping, tripping, crevasse falls, severe weather and similar events beyond our control.
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company and organisers are not responsible for theft, loss of or damage to baggage, money, devices or other personal property during the trip.
- Travellers are encouraged to arrange suitable personal travel, medical and accident insurance before departure.
Fuel and price adjustments
If fuel prices increase before the tour, Zee Venture Tours may charge an additional PKR 1,000 for every PKR 20 increase in the fuel rate. Any applicable adjustment will be communicated before departure.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
