islamabad to Chilas

04:00 am early Morning Received Rawalpindi participants from 26 no Deawoo bus stop near Nust EME Traveling to Chilas.breakfast at balakot river rafting in naran sight seeing batakundi barwai lunch break at besar visit lulusar lake & babusartop reach chilas till evening, dinner & night stay in chilas

Day 2

Chilas to FairyMedows

Traveling to Fairymedows, reached Raikot Jeep stop transfer to Jeep , reached tattu village,hiking towards Fairymedows 3 hours Hiking, rest for while and visit reflection lake signal point , fairy lake and stay night in camps Bonfire and musical night

Day 3

Towards Biyal Camp

Hiking towards biyal camp , reach biyal camp , photography and hiking towards view point ,hiking to visit base camp then visit base camp and back to Fairymedows till night BBQ ,bonfire musical night Along with BBQ

Cancellation policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy 🚨
To ensure a smooth travel experience and proper arrangements, please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy before booking.
1. Cancellation 7 Days Before the Trip
A 50% deduction will be applied to the total booking amount if cancellation is requested 7 days before the departure date.
2. Cancellation 3 Days Before the Trip
A 75% deduction will be applied to the total booking amount if cancellation is requested 3 days before the departure date.
3. Cancellation Within 3 Days of Departure
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the departure date (100% deduction).
4. Advance Payment Policy
All advance payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
5. Cancellation During the Trip
No refund will be provided if a participant decides to leave the trip at any stage, regardless of the reason.
6. Important Notice
By confirming your booking and making an advance payment, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.

Package conditions

1. Must keep a sanitizer with you and use it often remember keep
it within easy to reach.
* Wear a cloth face covering or face mask.
* If you are ill or feeling sick like temperature, cough, sneezing don't
join the tour, stay home and stay safe and let other to be safe.
* Bring enough of your medicine to last you for the entire trip.
2. The members shall not indulge in any unethical activity
(misbehavior with locals or other group members, use of abusive
language, use of drugs etc) and may be terminated from tour
without warning and will not be refunded any amount.
3. No illegal or prohibited items will be allowed during the trip.
Weapons are not allowed.
4. On mountainous roads, AC of the vehicle will be on and o to
keep the vehicle away from over-heating.
5. 4-5 sharing means 2-3 beds and other mattresses so you have to
sleep on bed and some day on mattress with compromise
with your Roommates
6. Trip Plan can be altered due to weather or political or any other
reason deemed appropriate by us in the best interest of participants
decided by organizers and we will not be held responsible for that.
7. We reserve the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any
reasons deemed appropriate by us and participants will receive full
refund of the advance amount only.
8. If Itenary may be disturbed due to vehicle fault , Or some natural
disaster company will not be responsible for it you guys have to cope-rate
with us , we will provide you possible outcomes as much as we can in that
case if points misssed company will not be responsible.
9. In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the trip,
organizers/Company will not be held responsible in any case.
10. Cancellation Policy:
If you guys send the advance it will be non refundable at any case.
11. Our trips are environment friendly and family no damage to the environment
will be tolerated
12. IF YOU WANT TO EXTEND YOUR BOOKING YOU HAVE TO PAY PER SEAT 5000/- EXTRA.
ADVANCEWILL Be NON REFUNDED AT ANY CASE
13. Our trips are not insured though we exercise the utmost care & safety
of all members. We will not be responsible in case of any incident(s) of
unforeseen natural calamities like rock/mud sliding, avalanches, slipping/
tripping, crevasse falls or any other accidents.
14. No conict or violence, whether verbal or via action, is allowed during
the trips. Respect dierent cultures, religions, code of practice, beliefs,
and political & geographical aliations. Non-compliance will be dealt
strictly
15. We are not responsible if any point is miss due to land slide, political
reasons,Weather conditions or Vehicle fault and no refund in any case .
If clients demand one extra day they will pay Rs 5k pp to increase 1day
16.If Fuel price Increase during the tour or Before Tour, we have the right to Charge
Extra1000 per 20 rupees Increase in fuel rate.

Tour Operator will give seats according to your bookings, And no
one will sit according to their choice , If someone want to sit
according to his/her choice he or she will pay for it,Shuing
will be made on our all trips , Anyone who will sit at front will
go to back too and who will at back will go to front respectivly
We will provide you proper family environment so want from
your side cooperation too
If someone do unethical behaviour on trip we will cancel his/her
trip at any type and drop them too
